NONPROFIT TALENT: Government facility-management skills add efficiency to nonprofit organizations
Harold Duncan directed numerous capital improvement projects during his 25+ years in facility management for three California municipal governments. As Fleet and Facility Manager for the City of Stockton, he oversaw more than 1,000 vehicles and 100 facilities, and as Building Maintenance Superintendent he supervised all building and maintenance activities and service contracts for the cities of Sacramento and Visalia.
During his Aspiranet Encore Fellowship, Harold worked with members of the Senior Management Team to identify business operations improvements and implement an interoperable model of service delivery in Turlock.
